10 Day Retreat in Las Islas del Rosario,
Cartagena de Indias, Colombia

Early Bird price: In person attendance full upfront price — $4,000 (until September 15th 2026)
In-Person Attendance: Full Upfront Payment — $4,200 ( after September 15th 2026)
In-Person Attendance: 2 Instalments — $2,100
Online/Virtual Attendance via Zoom (session recordings available) — $1500
In-Person Price Includes:
10-day retreat tuition
Meals: Lunch and dinner from the 10th till 19th, plus a welcome dinner on the 9th. Meals will be served at the retreat venue. Please let us know in advance about dietary restrictions.
Transportation: from Cartagena de Indias Airport to Hotel las Islas ( retreat venue) by car or by boat on the 9th and 20th of January.
Currency note: if the Colombian peso appreciates more than 5% against the US dollar, USD prices will be adjusted. We will notify everyone if this occurs.

ACCOMODATION:
The majority of rooms will be available at the retreat venue itself, Hotel Las Islas, Baru. We have also carefully selected a range of comfortable hotels in private islands located just 5–10 minutes away by boat from the retreat venue hotel. All of these hotels have been exclusively privatised for our retreat, ensuring a comfortable and private experience for all participants.
Once you register and pay the registration fee, you will be able to book and pay for the hotel and room of your choice in the page HOTEL BOOKING. Please note that your room can only be guaranteed once you have completed your registration for the retreat.
If you wish to book extra nights before the 9th ( check in day) or after the 20th ( check out day) in any of the hotels listed, you need to arrange directly with each hotel ( see websites in HOTEL BOOKING page)
AIR TRANSPORTATION: GETTING TO HOTEL LAS ISLAS, in BARU, ISLAS DEL ROSARIO
The closest airport is Cartagena de Indias, which offers excellent connections from many destinations around the world. Cartagena Airport is relatively small, warm, and easy to navigate, making arrival and departure a smooth and convenient experience.
Upon arrival the 9th or departure the 20th, there will be designated hostesses to welcome guests, to coordinate transportation or to assist with any questions you may have.
TRANSPORTATION FROM CARTAGENA DE INDIAS AIPORT TO THE HOTEL LAS ISLAS.
Options:
1. Private bus/minibus or Taxi: about 2 hours. This option is available at all times during the day. Fare included in registration fee.
2. Speedboat or catamaran depending of number or occupants and if a group travels together. The latest boat departs at 3:00 pm from the pier. It takes 45 minutes. Fare included in registration fee.
3. Helicopter: Hotel Las Islas has a private helipad, making it possible to fly directly from Cartagena Airport to the hotel itself in approximately 15 minutes.
The last helicopter departure is at 3:00 p.m.
Please note that the helicopter service is NOT included in the retreat registration fee. Estimated fares, including the return trip, range from $650 to $1,800, depending on the number of passengers, with a maximum of 4 passengers per helicopter.Your luggage will be transported separately by taxi to the hotel on your behalf.

Daily schedule:
10:00 am - 7:00 pm, with breaks for mid-morning, lunch and mid- afternoon.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOTH REGISTRATION & HOTELS:
More than 30 days before retreat start date: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
Less than 30 days and before 7 days of retreat start date: 50% refund (minus transaction fees).
Within 7 days of retreat start date: Non-refundable.
Retreat Preparations
It will not be possible to join the retreat later than the morning of January 10th, or to leave before the evening of January 19th, 2025.
If you arrive earlier, please do not exhaust yourself. We warmly suggest that you do not try to explore Colombia. Allow yourself to rest, to enter a space of stillness, prayer, and intention in preparation for retreat.
Please understand that we will not see much of Cartagena or Islas del Rosario during the retreat. This is not a tour of Colombia. Yet, you will have abundant opportunity to be with—and upon—the beautiful and well known Islas del Rosario, one of the very many beautiful places in South America.
If you would like to do some site seeing or shopping, you may choose to stay a little longer after retreat.
You can easily exchange colombian pesos either at the airport ATM’s, or upon arrival in Cartagena where several ATMs are available.
Retreat itself is a time of deep rest in the Grace of the Spirit. Opening your system to hold greater Light is a profound adjustment, one that involves foundational change. Having plenty of time to rest is essential for integrating this life-changing process of healing and illumination.
You are invited to come with no expectations, armed only with your heart’s intention, ready to dive deep within yourself, and prepared to cross new thresholds in your capacity for joy, love, ease, flow and Grace.
